The Anti-Racism Modules, housed at theuniversity, have had minimal uptake. The content has been transferred to the CSBA for future freeaccess for all trustees. The DEIAR policy revisions recommended by the University of Regina were approved by the board,and all policies have been updated. The committee reviewed progress on the 2022-2025 strategic plan. The members recommended tothe board that DEIAR continue to be an important aspect of the 2025-2030 plan, either as a keypriority area or integrated into other priorities. Strategic Planning - Committee of the WholeMichel ColletteChairpersonCommittee-of-the-whole Chair Michel Collette led the Board of Directors through a strategicplanning process during a half-day working session. Collaboratively, the board began identifyingstrategic priorities for 20252030 and is currently considering two to three areas of focus. At this preliminary stage, Indigenous Education and Advocacy have emerged as potential priorities.Based on the discussions in May, the board will revisit two additional areas - ComprehensiveSchool Health and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism - at its October 2025 meeting. Thisupdate is preliminary and subject to change as the board continues to consider all options.10'
