National Trustees Gathering on Indigenous Education & CSBA Congress

Plans are underway for the 2023 National Trustees Gathering on Indigenous Education and CSBA Congress! The Alberta School Boards Association will be hosting the conference, Leading the Path Forward, in Banff, July 3-5, 2023.

Call for Presentation Proposals
As part of the event, the planning committee is seeking presentation proposals for in-person concurrent sessions, 75 minutes in length. Download information in English and French to learn more. Proposal submissions are due by December 19, 2022, to Corinne Sperling csperling@asba.ab.ca. Please use the subject line: 2023 CSBA Congress Submission.

Getting to the Conference
Several shuttle companies provide transportation between the Calgary Airport and Banff. Below are links to some options; we recommend you book as soon as possible to ensure your preferred shuttle time.

Please note that parking at the Banff Centre is limited. If you prefer to rent a vehicle at the airport, we recommend you confirm as soon as possible as rentals are limited.

Banff National Park fees
If you plan to drive, a Park pass is required for each day you are staying in Banff National Park. Park fees are often already included in shuttle costs. Current Park fees are available on the Parks Canada website.

Space is limited and reservations are on a first-come first-served basis at the following venues: Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity
