The Canadian School Boards Association hosts our Annual General Meeting during the National Trustees Gathering on Indigenous Education and Congress. This annual meeting provides an opportunity for the membership to come together to hear from the President, Vice-President, and Board of Directors. The annual report is presented at the Annual General Meeting.

Notice of Motion AGM October 2025 – Constitutional Amendments
As per Article 10 of the CSBA Constitution (approved November 2020), the CSBA Board of Directors hereby gives notice of motion for recommended amendments to the Constitution. The directors (or designates) who represent member organizations on the Board of Directors will vote on the amendments at the 2025 Annual General Meeting on October 8 at 11:30am EST.
