2025 AGM Notice of Motion – Constitutional Amendments

As per Article 10 of the CSBA Constitution (approved November 2020), the CSBA Board of Directors hereby gives notice of motion for recommended amendments to the Constitution. The directors (or designates) who represent member organizations on the Board of Directors will vote on the amendments.

NOTE: the2025 Annual General Meeting was rescheduled to October 8, at 8:30 am PST and will be virtual.

The Constitution approved in November 2020 with recommended amendments highlighted and a clean copy that includes the amendments are available here:
