Shali Baziuk

Shali is a third-term trustee with Rocky View School Division, which surrounds the Calgary area. She previously served as a Director and Vice President of the Alberta School Boards Association before stepping into her new role as President. With a professional background in airport operations and fleet management, she brings substantial operational and leadership experience to the position.

Having chaired ASBA’s Advocacy Committee for the past four years, Shali is keen to learn and collaborate with the CSBA to help build on their national advocacy initiatives. She is very much looking forward to her role as President of ASBA and contributing at the national level with CSBA.
