Cinq ans plus tard, nous sommes encore plus confiants dans cette affirmation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L'objectif du projet \u00e9tait d'identifier et d'explorer les diff\u00e9rents types de leadership dans les \u00e9coles et les districts qui sont n\u00e9cessaires pour am\u00e9liorer l'apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Ce projet a examin\u00e9 d'autres facteurs contribuant \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 des pratiques de leadership dans les \u00e9coles en incluant des participants au niveau de l'\u00e9cole, de la communaut\u00e9 et du district. Une d\u00e9finition plus large du leadership a \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9e en identifiant et en examinant trois types de leadership et leurs effets sur l'apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves : <strong>collective, partag\u00e9e et distribu\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quatre convictions fondamentales en mati\u00e8re de leadership ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es dans ce rapport :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Une analyse ad\u00e9quate du leadership doit identifier toutes les sources pertinentes de leadership \u00e9ducatif, examiner les pratiques r\u00e9elles de leadership et distinguer les effets du leadership au niveau de l'\u00e9cole, du district et de l'\u00c9tat sur l'apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi tous les facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole qui contribuent \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves apprennent \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, le leadership arrive en deuxi\u00e8me position apr\u00e8s l'enseignement en classe.<\/p>\n<p>Une compr\u00e9hension critique du leadership reconna\u00eet deux fonctions essentielles : fournir une orientation et exercer une influence. Chacune de ces fonctions est essentielle aux initiatives visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>Les dirigeants qui trouvent un \u00e9quilibre entre stabilit\u00e9 et changement mettent l'accent sur deux priorit\u00e9s dans l'orientation qu'ils donnent et l'influence qu'ils exercent ; ils s'efforcent de d\u00e9velopper et de soutenir les personnes pour qu'elles donnent le meilleur d'elles-m\u00eames, et ils s'efforcent de red\u00e9finir leur organisation pour en am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude d\u00e9crit trois concepts int\u00e9gratifs du leadership. Ces concepts pr\u00e9figurent les conditions n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9veloppement d'un leadership efficace.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Attentes et responsabilit\u00e9<\/em> repr\u00e9sentent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 d'un leadership efficace mis en \u0153uvre au niveau de l'\u00c9tat, du district, de l'\u00e9cole et de la classe.<\/p>\n<p><em>Efficacit\u00e9 et soutien <\/em>sont<em> <\/em>essentielle pour passer du d\u00e9sir de changement \u00e0 des changements de comportement ; une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 conduit \u00e0 des pratiques de leadership efficaces.<\/p>\n<p><em>Engagement et influence des parties prenantes <\/em>permettre<em> <\/em>Les \u00e9coles les plus performantes sollicitent davantage la contribution et l'engagement d'une plus grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de parties prenantes.
