The purpose of Together Works Better is to help school districts better meet the needs of their students by developing new partnerships and evaluating and expanding existing partnerships. Although the nature of individual partnerships will vary in order to meet the individual needs of each community, there are common qualities that successful partnerships share. This guide explores these qualities in the context of providing support for beginning partnerships and evaluation for existing partnerships.
